If you are registered with people that reports to you, you can see the “My team” tab, where you can see information about “your” employees. My team is divided in two tabs: Summary and My team information.
Summary contains tiles with information about:
- Pending time off requests from my team
- Team skills assessment
- Team performance journals
- Skill gap analysis
- Team performance goals
- Team performance reviews
- Open positions – Direct reports
In My team information you can see the person(s) that report to you, view the team that reports to them and see details about them. You can see further information in:
- Summary
- Position
- Compensation
- Leave and absence
- Performance goals
- Reviews
