You can manage the following types of personal information on the Employee self-service workspace:
Addresses – You can add multiple addresses for home and work and say which is the primary address
Contact details – You can add phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, and more
Personal contacts – This is where you add people and register them as emergency contacts, beneficiaries, and dependents.
Identification numbers – You can add Social Security Numbers, passport numbers, driver’s license information, and other identification types that your company registered
My payment method – You can list several types of payment methods, including electronic options for direct deposit. This option is only available if it is enabled in the Human resources parameters for the legal entity
Image – You can upload, change and remove a profile picture
