When you go to the screening stage of the process you can send a request to ask the applicant if they are available for an interview.

You choose one or more dates and customize the email and then send the email. The candidate receives an email and get to choose dates that suites them best.

  • Email to applicant on interview
  • Select available time

When the applicant has confirmed the date, this reflects in Attract as a green light and available.
