MB6-898 Create, import and migrate employees into the Onboarding modular application

There are three different ways you get an employee into the Onboarding modular application:

In the Attract modular app when the candidate accepts the offer you get a new button where you can start the onboarding. This sends the information about the candidate to the Onboarding modular app.

In The Onboarding modular app you can manually enter a new hire. You can find them if they are registered in Talent Core or add new ones from scratch. You start this by pressing the big + in on the homepage.

When you click the plus button a new window opens where you register the person you want to onboard. You here have three options:

  • Onboard a person that exists in Core
  • Onboard a new person from scratch
  • Onboard multiple people at once

To onboard a person that exists in Core you start writing their name in the “Who are you onboarding” field and a list of all users in Office 365 will appear and you can select the person you want.
