There are four components of a welcome guide:
Introduction with a short title and the introduction message. This will be the start of the page to the new employee.
Activities which is where you set up your sections with the activities you want the new employer to complete.
Contacts is where you find people that are essential for the new employee. You can also get suggestions with the help of AI to any contacts that would be useful to the new employee.
Recommended resources is the name of the page where you can add files, maps and links of importance to the new employee.
