When you open the Template page you can see the popular templates from the gallery. If you click on the “More in template gallery” you go to a new page where you can see different templates
In the Onboarding template gallery you get access to several templates from Microsoft and other contributors. If you click on one of the templates you open the template.
When you open the template you can do changes and save as your own template
When you click on the Save as my template you have to give the template a name and click save.
When you save the template you can see that the template is saved under My templates and can be used to Onboard new employees.
