A worker is a person the position is the position/job/post/role they have.
A worker can have two positions up to a full-time position
But a position can’t be filled by two (or more) workers.

Employment is set up with two subsections

Compensation is set up with one subsection, employment compensation, with three links: Fixed plan, variable plan awards, variable plan enrollment
Competencies and development is set up with three subsections:
- Skill mapping
- Competencies
- Development
Payroll is set up with payroll earning codes and payroll information.
