MB6-898 Understand worker and position data

A worker is a person the position is the position/job/post/role they have.

A worker can have two positions up to a full-time position

But a position can’t be filled by two (or more) workers.

The data of the worker is divided in 5 main tabs:

  • Profile
  • Employment
  • Compensations
  • Competencies and development
  • Payroll

Profile is set up with four subsections:

  • Worker summary
  • Addresses
  • Contact information
  • Personal information

Compensation is set up with one subsection, employment compensation, with three links: Fixed plan, variable plan awards, variable plan enrollment
