There are three ways you can get an worker in Talent and hire them.
- Hire someone with Attract
- Import them through the Excel add-in
- Create them in Core HR
You can create a new worker from the activity tab in personnel management when you click + Hire employee.
If you go to the positions page and find the position you want to hire a person to, you get the chance to hire someone by clicking hire in the action menu.
If you go in to the employees you can add a new employee and connect them to the position.
No mather which of these you click you come to the same page, where you register information about the new employee and connect them to the position.
You can retire a worker from the people page by clicking the three dots and clicking Terminate.
If you find the employee you can terminate the worker from the action menu.
When you click terminate worker you get to the terminate worker page. This is the page where you register information about the termination and connect offboarding checklists to the employee.
