To maintain dependents and beneficiary information you go to the personnel management workspace and find the worker you want to edit. Under the tab profile and subsection Personal information you find personal contacts.

When you click on personal contacts you get a list of the personal contacts that’s registered on the worker (if there are any).

If you want to add a new dependent you click the + New button in the action pane and you can register a new contact, a person or organization.

After the contact is registered you can register if they are an emergency contact, beneficiary or dependent. You can toggle this to Yes or No depending on what you want to do.
