As an administrator you have to set up:
- Leave and absence types
- Leave and absence plans
- Enroll employees and contractors
- Edit enrollment for those with special plans
- Accrue leave and absence plans
- Workflows (if that’s required)
Then you have to wait until workers submits time-off requests and if you have a workflow enabled you have to approve it, if there isn’t a workflow the request is automatically approved.
