I can’t think of a better way to use the power from LinkedIn then to enhance Attract!

In addition to this, the power of artificial intelligence in Attract helps you show candidates you should consider for the position. BUT, and this is a big but (no pun intended!) no amount of artificial intelligence will ever consider your applicants as you would, they don’t look past the holes in the resumes and the personality of the candidate. If you are in a position where you are recruiting, please give people a chance to show what kind of people they are and what they can add to your company and don’t just look at their skills or the education. Don’t be afraid to give people a chance, they might not be qualified, but they can still be the best employee you’ll ever have!
You can also use Microsoft Forms to make questioners to make sure the candidates will be a good fit for the work environment. This way you can see if the candidate you are looking for will be a god fit for your company, and that should be your biggest concern!
