The most annoying thing about searching for a new job is to wait for feedback, so responding to each applicant is very important and the system should help you do that. Some main areas you want to give feedback to is;
- Receiving the application
- Moving forward to the interview stage
- Second interview
- Acceptance of a candidate.
In Attract you have several email templates which are sent out in different stages, you can edit these to make them fit your company the best possable way.
You also have the candidate portal page, where the candidate is updated on what happens and which stage they are in. This is also where they schedule interviews, complete questioners and accept positions.
The only thing I think Talent is missing when it comes to giving feedbacks is automatically sent when a candidate is rejected or when you put them in the Talent-pool. I do hope that is a feature coming soon!
