My name is Malin Donoso Martnes, I work as Head of Dynamics 365 at Knowit Experience AS in Oslo, Norway.
I started working with CRM in 2009, and became a CRM consultant in 2014. In March 2018 I first got introduced to Talent (Now Human Resources), and I loved it!
When I first started the HR solution I could hardly find any information about it, that’s when I decided to start blogging and holding presentations about this great system. I wanted to help other consultants and companies wanting to learn more about HR.
My education is in the field of marketing and that has always been one of my focus areas back when I started working with ClickDimensions in 2014. Microsoft is now a strong competitor for ClickDimensions with Dynamics 365 Marketing. What better way to start exploring that than writing a blog series comparing those two.
Moving on this blog will be about Dynamics 365 Human Resources, Power Platform, ClickDimensions and Dynamics 365 Marketing!
1st July 2019 I was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP title) for 2019-2020 and 1st July 2020 I was re-awarded for another year. August 2020 I also became a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
