After you’ve done all of the setup of task management, you can now start using the checklists. There are several ways of doing that in D465 HR, here are four ways.
You can apply a checklist via the people workspace, find the worker you want to add the list to, click more (…), and you can select a checklist.

You can also select checklist on a worker, in the personnel management workspace under employees and the tab work.

You can add a onboarding checklist when you hire someone and connect them to the position.

When you terminate someone you can add a offboarding checklist.
