This question I have been struggling with, I can’t seem to understand what Microsoft is asking about, so please come with feedback if you feel that I’ve misunderstood!

When the employee submits his or her leave and absence request, if you have a workflow active this is sendt to HR or their manager for approval, if you don’t have a workflow the request is automatically approved.
When this is approved this is saved in Talent and subtracted from their amount of hours in the leave and absence plan they are enrolled in.
